Juicing For Radiant Skin
Juice fasting using raw vegetables and fresh fruits is a healthy choice
to provide your body with the nutrition it needs. Juicing allows your
body to rest and heal during the duration of the fast. Your body
expends an enormous amount of energy simply breaking down and digesting
the food you consume. Fasting allows this energy to be redirected to
areas of the body that need it most. A tremendous amount of healing
occurs during a juice fast. Juicing supplies your body with substantial
amount of vitamins, minerals and enzymes, which help maintain the pH
level of our body, and helps rid our bodies of dangerous carcinogens.
Maintaining the acid to alkaline balance in our bodies is thought to be
the key to many diseases, including cancer. The anti-aging properties of
fresh fruits and vegetables help improve our skin, hair, and nails.

everybody, people with certain conditions should not do a juice fast.
